Meet the Doctors
Dr. Justin Norbo
Dr. Justin Norbo is a graduate of Hampden-Sydney College and the Medical College of Virginia/Virginia Commonwealth University School of Dentistry. He is a native of Loudoun County and a graduate of Loudoun Valley High School. He, like his father, is active and has served in leadership roles in the dental community. Dr. Justin Norbo is a member of the American Dental Association, Virginia Dental Association, Northern Virginia Dental Society, American Academy of Implant Dentistry, and the International Congress of Oral Implantologists. He is a fellow of the International Congress of Oral Implantologists, the International College of Dentists, the American College of Dentists, and the Pierre Fauchard Academy. Dr. Norbo has served as an American Dental Association Delegate, served on the American Dental Association New Dentist Committee, and held other positions through the Virginia Dental Association and the Northern Virginia Dental Society. He is a past President of both the Virginia Academy of General Dentistry and the Northern Virginia Dental Society. Currently he serves as the President-elect of the Virginia Dental Association. Dr. Justin Norbo also volunteers on many Mission of Mercy dental projects, where he provides dental services to rural and underserved areas of Virginia.
He is married to his wife, Meredith. They have a son, Drake, and a daughter, Paige. Dr. Norbo is a member of the Middleburg United Methodist Church and the Hamilton Thompson #37 Masonic Lodge in Purcellville. In his spare time, Dr. Justin Norbo enjoys spending time with his wife and young children, spending time outdoors, and fishing.

Dr. Peter Havelos
Dr. Peter Havelos is a native of Loudoun County, growing up in Lovettsville, Virginia. He attended and graduated from Loudoun Valley High School. He went on to Virginia Tech where he graduated Summa Cum Laude with degrees in Chemistry and Economics. He obtained his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree at Virginia Commonwealth University School of Dentistry in Richmond, VA. On completion of dental school, he was inducted into the national dental honor society, Omicron Kappa Upsilon. Dr. Havelos pursued additional training and completed a two-year general practice residency at the University of Virginia Medical Center where he treated all types of patients including medically compromised and special needs. While there he served as chief resident during his second year. While in Charlottesville, he volunteered regularly at the Charlottesville Free Clinic.
After many years away, Dr. Havelos is happy to be back in the area. In his free time, he helps his parents on their farm. He enjoys getting outdoors, going fishing, playing golf, cooking, and watching sports.

Dr. Brett Siegel is a native of Leesburg, Virginia. He left Loudoun at the age of 14 to attend Fork Union Military Academy followed by a successful athletic and academic career at JMU, where he majored in biology and successfully led the 2016 Dukes Football team to a Division 1 FCS National Championship. After JMU, Dr. Siegel pursued a post-baccalaureate at Temple University’s Kornberg School of Dentistry and then went on to earn his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree at VCU’s School of Dentistry.
During his time as a dental student, Dr. Siegel was active in organized dentistry, serving as the President of the American Student Dental Association at VCU and also held the position of Student Representative on the Board of Directors of the Virginia Dental Association, where he passionately advocated for dental students and dental patients of Virginia.
Outside of dentistry, Dr. Siegel dedicates his time as an assistant football coach at Woodgrove High School, is an active member at Cornerstone Chapel church, and enjoys hitting the golf course whenever he can. In dentistry, he is an active member of the ADA, VDA, and AADSM and is thrilled to return to his roots in Loudoun County to serve the community that shaped him!

Dr. Kirk Norbo – EMERITUS
Retired June 2024
Dr. Kirk Norbo is currently the 16th District Trustee of the American Dental Association. He is a graduate of the University of Richmond and Oral Roberts School of Dentistry. He completed a general practice residency at Providence Hospital in Washington, D.C. Dr. Norbo has been very active in the dental community. He has served as president of the Virginia Dental Association, Northern Virginia Dental Society, and Virginia Academy of General Dentistry. Dr. Norbo has also served as an American Dental Association Delegate, a member of the ADA Council on Ethics, Bylaws and Judicial Affairs, a fellow of the American College of Dentists, a fellow of the International College of Dentists, Master of the Academy of General Dentistry and a fellow of the Virginia Dental Association. He is an adjunct faculty at the VCU School of Dentistry in Richmond.
He is also a member of Hamilton Thompson #37 Masonic Lodge and attends the Zion Lutheran Church in Lovettsville, VA. In his spare time, Dr. Norbo raises beef cattle and pheasants and enjoys other farm-related activities along with his wife, Luann of 30+ years.

Kelly - Dental Hygienist
Kelly has been practicing dental hygiene for five years. She is a 2013 graduate of West Liberty University and joined our team at Norbo Dental in July 2015. Kelly is passionate about what she does and is very committed to helping patients feel confident about their smiles! Her goal is to help each patient achieve and maintain optimum oral health through outstanding care and education. In her free time, you can find Kelly in a coffee shop or hiking, camping, and reading with her husband and two beloved dogs. She looks forward to taking care of you for years to come!

Abby - Dental Hygienist
Abby moved from Morgantown, West Virginia, to start her dental hygiene career at Norbo Dental. Abby graduated in May of 2021 from West Virginia University with a Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene. She is greatly appreciative and excited to expand her knowledge of dentistry alongside such distinguished dental professionals. In her free time, Abby enjoys traveling and spending time with her friends and family.

Jess grew up coming to Norbo Dental as a patient and just recently joined the team in July of 2021! In 2020, Jess got married to her husband, Brandon, and they reside in West Virginia with their pup, Lola. In her spare time, she enjoys crafting at home, spending time with her friends, going to car shows with Brandon, traveling, and trying new restaurants.
Melissa - Hygiene Scheduling Coordinator
Melissa is a Loudoun County native and 1994 graduate of Park View High School. She obtained her bachelor’s degree in Psychology from George Mason University. Melissa joined Norbo Dental in October 2014 and has twenty-three years of experience as a Dental Assistant. Melissa enjoys spending her free time with her husband and two dogs, Dalì and Pookie. She is a huge Eagles fan but also enjoys making wreaths, going to the movies, and visiting with friends and her large, extended family.
